AI add-ons: how they work and what you pay

DRAFT: requires legal review before publication 1. What you pay. Each AI add-on is a fixed monthly price: AI Estimate Agent $9, AI Follow-up Agent $9, AI Review Agent $7, Rebooking Autopilot $12, or all four with AI Pro for $29. Advanced add-ons: AI Text Receptionist $9 and AI Phone Agent $9. That is all RVOA charges. There are no per-message charges, no per-minute charges, no extra fees and no surprise bills from RVOA. We never charge you more than the price you see. 2. Free trial. Each add-on has a 7-day free trial, once per add-on, with no card. When it ends, the add-on simply stops unless you choose to keep it. 3. What the AI does. The AI writes your estimates from your words and drafts the messages for your clients (follow-ups, review requests, rebooking reminders). We provide the AI; you never need an account or a key. 4. Who sends the messages: you. Messages go out from your own phone, through your own WhatsApp or text messages, when you tap Send. RVOA does not send texts or make calls from its own numbers (see 4b for the advanced add-ons). Any cost of sending (your phone plan, your data) is part of your own plan, as with any message you send. 4b. Advanced add-ons use YOUR Twilio account. The AI Text Receptionist and the AI Phone Agent answer texts and calls on a phone number in your own Twilio account. You open that account, you own the number, and Twilio bills you directly for the number, texts, call minutes, speech recognition and the texting registration (A2P 10DLC). Those charges are between you and Twilio; RVOA never resells them and is not responsible for them. You keep your Twilio account in good standing and follow Twilio's rules. The app includes a step-by-step guide. If you prefer, RVOA can connect it for you on a video call for a one-time fee shown in the app (a support ticket); you paste your details yourself during the call, and if we cannot get it working, we refund the fee in full. Twilio's costs remain yours. Never send your Auth Token by text or email; paste it only in the app, where it is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect it at any time. 5. Your clients' permission. Because the messages come from you, you are responsible for having your clients' permission to message them and for stopping when a client asks you to stop. The app helps: it marks clients who asked to stop and does not prepare messages for them. 6. Review before you send. The AI can make mistakes. By default the app asks you first ("Ask me first"); read each estimate and message before sending it. You are responsible for the prices, promises and words you send to your clients. 7. Monthly limits. Each add-on includes a generous monthly amount (Estimate Agent 100 estimates, Follow-up Agent 500 messages, Review Agent 200 requests, Rebooking Autopilot 400 reminders, Text Receptionist 300 conversations, Phone Agent 200 calls). We tell you when you reach 80%. If you reach the limit, the agent pauses until the 1st of next month; you are never charged extra, and your apps keep working normally. 8. Cancel anytime. Cancel any add-on with one tap in Upgrades. A paid add-on stays on until the end of the month you already paid. Your apps, clients and documents are not affected. 9. Your data. Your clients and documents are yours. The AI only uses what is needed to write your estimate or message, and we do not sell your data. See the Privacy policy. 10. Changes. If a price changes, we tell you before your next payment; the change never applies to a month you already paid.
