Partner Agreement

DRAFT: REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION 1. Role. You resell RVOA Apps subscriptions through your store link as an independent contractor, not an employee. 2. Earnings. You earn a percentage of the payments made by the end customers you bring (60% on Starter, 80% on Premium, after card processing fees) for as long as they keep paying. Team overrides, when they apply, come only from real customer payments. 3. No pay for recruiting. No payment, bonus or override is ever made for signing up partners. There are no kits, inventory or required purchases. 4. Fair conduct. You will not promise income, use fake testimonials, misrepresent the apps, or pressure customers. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension. 5. Payouts. Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account after a short hold for refunds, once the minimum is reached. You are responsible for your taxes; Stripe issues tax forms where required. 6. Your plan. Your plan is billed monthly and can be canceled with one click. If your plan is not paid, your store pauses and your customers keep their apps, served directly by RVOA. 7. Certification. Your store opens after you pass the base certification. 8. Termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time. Earnings already recorded for real customer payments remain payable.
